Power route
- East side of the rock
Hill route
- mainly west side
Endurance route
- as it says Round the Island, hug the coast line
Speed route
- 5 mile road and Bal Tab
All of course depending on 'training schedule' (time/date/distance/effort).
I.E. 50%/75%/100%
