All Sports - Online Calender - Updates - 2007 - 2006 - 2005
My personal training has now been adjusted, with the World Police & Fire Games in Adelaide during March (16 -25) completed and competed in, the aim (main) is the Jersey Marathon in October.
Running

Well my 'next' main event is fast approaching. So far I've kept to the training program that I have set, although I am finding these last couple of weeks very hard. But as with every training program, you must see it through to the end. If it doesn't work then you adjust. You cannot adjust a training program if you don't see it completed.
Cycling
A couple of sportives (cycling) have been undertaken - here - great fun, well worth the effort and will be done next year, in a more structured manner. By that I mean a possible race series in preparation for Vancouver 2009.
